Ring sling or moby wrap?

I had a ring sling with DS and was going to use one for LO but I see a lot of people using the moby wrap. To me it looks really complicated so I wanted to see if anyone has any opinions on here? Which would you choose, ring sling or moby wrap?

Lived in my moby with my twins and my son! Wouldn't use anything else.

ive never had either. ive had a sling that had a strap with a snap and it was adjustable. it was a life saver. the other things dont look safe to me. but thats just me. i wanted to use the ring sling last time, but just never got it. i will be using the same sling i used before with this baby. (even though i would like to try the others.)
im plus size so im not sure the others would even work for me. (go around me)

I love the ring sling. Only used the Moby a handful of times, it's just too much of a process.

I LOVE wraps, but you'll get more use out of a ring sling. Moby's aren't very good after 15 or so pounds and back carries are unsafe (woven wraps are great from birth up. A linen wrap is a good affordable option. And linen ring slings from https://www.sleepingbaby.net/ are great!).
A good ring sling would last you much longer.

Was it a bag sling?
Those are very unsafe. Lot's of suffocation issues.

Incorrect information. Mobys are good up to 35lbs and you have several holds you can use with them. If my son would allow me at 2yrs old, I would put him in the moby still. He is only 27lbs,

Yeah they say that, not NEARLY enough support. Gets super saggy, so more readjustment than with a woven (or even a bed sheet) and the lack of support makes it much easier for them to pop their seats or slip out.
And Moby ALSO used to say they were fine to do back carries with, until too many correctly wrapped babies fell out because there's not enough support.

I would never do a back carry. They do have a good side support. I can't believe any moron would try to do a back tie alone. That is just stupid and you know that is what they did.

I always put Fel on my back alone, super simple to do a proper back carry by myself (and it screws me up bad to have DH help, lol). It's not stupid at all. It is stupid to do it in a stretchy though (so I'm really glad to hear you would never do a back carry in it, I like you {not in a crazy stalker way, just a see you around a lot and respect your opinions mostly} and want your babies safe  ), Moby got a lot of flack because it took a while before they stopped recommending it.

I agree, stupid to do in a cotton interlock fabric. Especially because women will make their own out of jersey knit and that has NO hold to it what so ever! I am glad that moby isn't reccomending that anymore. I would love to carry a child on my back but by the time my kids figured out how to walk, I couldn't keep them in a wrap or stroller. lol The twins were the worst. I wore Anthony as long as possible though. I was not going to buy a triple stroller. lol

My 6 year old makes me wear her, lol. She gets mad sometimes because I was honest when she asked if I wore her as much as my 20month old. But I only had a crotch dangler then and it was soooo uncomfortable! I'm thankful for the moby, because without that I wouldn't have discovered woven wraps.
My favorite type of carrier is a modernized (is that even a word? lol looks off) podaegi. The traditional wide blanket ones scare me a little but my pod is the comfiest I've ever used. I hate dealing with a stroller andFelicity is damn near impossible to get to hold my hand so wearing her is our best choice when I pick Fiona up from school.
She was crazy today though, she kept bringing me the pod, saying "up up" so I'd put her up and would want down 2 minutes later. Finally I hid it, lol. Make up your mind child!!
