SO actually took care of it...

posted 21st Jan
I posted earlier about how I didn't know what we were going to do with his 3 year old on the way to the hospital. I got a lot of really good advice. But it seems like he talked to her, and she's keeping him. Thanks for all the advice. I'm really really surprised he actually finally stood up to her.

Good. Now I know that takes a little bit of stress off of you.

It does our exact conversation went like this

I want five guys! I can't say that without smiling
"Giggidy"
You know you want them five guys too!
"We'll go get them after work"

Which means he's staying the whole day and isn't picking him up from school.
I'm relieved. I never want him to think I'm trying to come between him and his first born. But these next three weeks are going to be hell, and I was not looking forward to her adding to it through her child. (His three year old hear a conversation that went along the lines of I'm supposed to have the baby someones supposed to take the baby away, and then give the baby to his mommy) TALK ABOUT FREAKING out. She's crazy!

Yikes lol sounds like a mess. But I would have a back up plan with your sister to grab him and then mom of the year can pick him up when she gets around to it. Just in case she falls through. What she doesnt want really isen't an issue or your problem if she isen't doing what she said she would and what she should be doing honestly!

Yeah I guess the plan is now, My SO will pick him up from school on the days he's supposed to have him, and keep him until around 7pm, then take him over there. So at least he can see his son, since there very well may be three weeks before this happens. At least we don't have to worry about a 4 year old at possibly 3-4am and where to put or take him. And I'll be talking to my sister it is a good idea to have a back up.
