I'm pregnant with twins. i have horrible acid reflex. every prenatal I've tried has made me sick any advice on wat todo

With my fiwo i had to take zantac 50 mg every more or i was miserable... you may even have to use a higher dose!

I would try some zantac. That's what I take for my acid reflux.

As for the prenatals, I just take the gummy vitamins. Have you tried those?

Zantac. get the cooling kind. It was the only thing that saved me with my twins and my son.

Why would she need a higher dose?

I never thought of zantec that probably would solve it i have morning sickness all day almost everyday the hospital don't do much. and as for my prenantal yes I've tried gummies,pills, they have not helped

if its worse than i had, my doc actually told me to take 100 mg in the morn but i only took 50

There isn't much you can do for morning sickness. (zofran only works for so long) It is part of pregnancy. For me, it was triggered by smells. I would carry a small cloth with peppermint oil spritzed on it. When I smelled something that would make me want to throw up, I would smell my cloth and that made it better. Good Luck. Also, try taking the prenatals at night. I did the flinstones chewables at night and was good to go.
