It's hard when just a few months back I was 117. I'm trying to do it the healthy way this time!!
Thank you, 13.1, seems ridiculous. Luckily, my best friend is a beast and will make me finish!

5'6" and 117lbs is not healthy and you know it. You are at a healthy weight now to tone up your muscles and build your endurance! If I could only be in your shoes right now! lol Soon! I just keep telling myself that I will soon be able to get back in the gym and get active again. 2 more weeks until I am cleared from this last surgery and I am home free. Well, at least for the next 6 months anyway! lol

I applaud you! I am not a runner. I would speed walk it but not run it. lol You got this!!!!

I have never been a runner, but I'm making myself. Heal up and I bet you could do it. Start with the Circuit Training, it is hard but it is so much fun!!

I am going to start with yoga and work my way up. As many surgeries as I have had in the past year 1/2, I have to start somewhere. lol I am soooo ready to be me again.

How are the girls? Are they in their first year of preschool? Mine are on their second year and are talking about kindergarten constantly. I am not ready to let them go yet. lol Your Cami has long blonde hair just like my Tori. My Olivia has short brown hair. I thought it would never thicken up and she would have baby hair forever. It has finally come in and boy does she have a head full! Fortunately, they are easier at this age. My son is crazy and keeps me running in circles more than the girls ever did combined. One would think that should be enough exercise. lol

Oh honey, I understand that. Recovering from surgery is no fun. I have had quite a few too. They are testing me for MS now and I refuse. It isn't fair to be this young and so unhealthy! What was your last surgery, if you don't mind me asking?

That is so funny! Ali's hair is getting longer but still so fine, like a baby . She can rock a pony tail now though.lol When are your girls birthday? They register for the 4 year old preschool this coming Sunday! They love it! The kindergarten teacher at the same school as the preschool, says they know pretty much everything they need to know to be in kindergarten already!! I can't imagine having 3! Three's have been a challenge, somedays I do nothing pull my hair out.lol I sure hope 4's are easier, but I feel doubtful!lol

This last one was a partial hysterectomy. With all the complications from the spleenectomy, blood disorder, endo, and the laundry list of crap, we decided that this would be a good thing. It was fairly easy. The crappy part is that I just finally got up and running again after all the surgeries that resulted from the complications from the spleenectomy. So, no exercise or anything for 8 weeks. Regression city here I come. I hear ya! Not fair at all. However, my worst day is always better than someone elses's best day. So, I can't be too down on it. Just one thing at a time and one pill at a time. We are hoping that I can start getting off all these stupid meds. They suspect fibromyalgia. I refuse to accept that. I think it is because I weigh more than my body is used to and I have been sedentary for pretty much 3 years between transfusions and surgeries. That will make anyone ache. Thankfully I am not morbidly obese and it won't take long to work it off but still, 30lbs is a lot to pack on a body that is used to being fit.

I hate to break it to you but 4's have been the hardest for me! lol I didn't have the terrible 2's really or the torturous 3's, the furious 4's are in HIGH peak around here. My girls will be 5 May 30. I am hoping things settle down soon. They are pretty sassy at this stage. lol This is their second year of preschool so I think they are a little bored and that could be why they are sassy. It is a lot of repeat. As soon as I cut Olivia's hair, it started to grow in thicker and faster. It was odd. lol

Ok, I think maybe your 4's are my 3's.
I hate the Fibromyalgia diagnosis, they tried that crap on me. It's a blanket diagnosis, in my opinion. Wow, you have had quite the year. After my Colon surgery it took me a good 4-6 months. So definitely don't push it. Hopefully you will be on the upswing now, after all of that. It always seems like it is one thing after another

That is exactly what I said about it!!! lol My Dr was like "no it is a real thing". I said 'I refuse to accept it". lol After I finally took my last depo shot (you know, endo crap) the theory was to see if the migraines, and aches would go away on their own. If not, I go see a rheumatologist. I asked him to give me 2 months after the surgery so I could get "active" and see if that helped. I was getting migraines 4 days a week. It was out of control. At least this Dr was willing to listen to me where my other one just kept feeding me anti-depressants. lol Thanks! I hope so too! I am ready to live again.

3's were easy for me. 4's suck! lol

I am excited for you to do that mini marathon. You will for sure have to let me know how it goes!

I think it might be real, but I also think they diagnose people if they don't know what is wrong. I have so much crap going on too, I think they want to get your out of the office. Even if it is Fibro, there is nothing that exercise can't help!!!
Thanks so much, I am looking for you to stay on my case!haha

That is what I said. The people that seem to have the largest problem with it are morbidly obese and don't try to be healthy so....... That isn't going to be me! lol

You know I will! lol Have a great time!!

My gorgeous Mary, you will kill it. I'm proud of you, like REALLY proud of you for doing things the right way this time. You definitely don't need to lose any weight. Not a single pound. I'd definitely climb in bed with you to get some calories burned. Heh, sorry. Any who, keep this smurf updated, hold yourself accountable, and do your best. Don't beat yourself up over bad days or over not being able to reach certain goals that you set.
I'm absolutely here for you and love that we both always seem to be at the same points in our life together. You just happen to be at the same point as me while being a whole lot hotter ;)
