Circuit training is going from one thing to another in a timed manner. Like different machines, etc.


And the only way to get motivation is to think about the fact that the time will pass anyway. No one can do it for you. Nothing will change unless you change first. You can either hit your goal in the next 6 mths or stay the same at the end of the next few months.

Thanks. I've been on a blueberry and Orange kick, maybe ill some fruit for a snack. I hate anything sweet, including fruit

Have you already started doing these workouts? I think I will be adding them on to my workouts after watching the video lol. I think I can manage an extra 10 minutes each workout!

Really really pushed myself tonight. 60 minutes of cardio and 15 of weights. Killed myself and burnt 679 calories:/ Wtf??

For breakfast- Cheerios
Lunch- Pasta Dish (Olive Oil, baked Chicken and Mushrooms)
