That is always good! And lol! Well now you know   ..and here!

Hips: measure at the widest area (turn sideways to see better)
Waist: measure at your belly button
Chest: measure directly across your nipple line
Upper arms: measure 7 inches down from the tip of your shoulder and don’t flex
Abductors: measure just under your butt, legs together
Thighs: measure 6 inches down from your inseam with legs apart and weight evenly distributed

I have heard you measure your waist at the thinnest part below your ribs??
And as far as arms and thighs go, I have just been measuring at the largest part.

You put the measuring tape at the smallest part and you are suppose to meet at the belly button..if that makes sense lol

I've felt better today,I'm about 75% as opposed to probably 25% the last 4-5 days. I'm ready to get back on. Did one hour of cardio, burnt 556 calories. It was rough. 15 minute drive home...65 calories.

Back and biceps today, yoga tomorrow, legs and back, kenpo cardio plus, stretch/rest. That's this week.
Next week: yoga, core synergistics, kenpo, stretch, core synergistics, yoga, stretch/rest.

Thanks honey buns. I'm excited I stuck with it this time. I'm excited but nervous to start the actual insanity program.
How are you feeling today?
