I know what you mean, I much prefer to work out alone! That is an amzing burn, we were pretty much on the same sort of level yesterday  OMG she is just too cute!

Feeling great about my work out today. Had shoulders and arms, upped my weights for triceps. Burned nearly 800 in 2 hrs with that, ab ripper, and dancing with Alayna.

2 month picture update.
I will give you a warning, I see no difference and I am not happy but hopefully I am in a slump. Don't let this deter anyone from working out. I gained 2 pounds but I know I am retaining some water. I have lost a little from some places and gained from others.

Kenpo Cardio Plus done today with 30 push ups (15 on knees) and 75 different ab moves (3 sets of 25 different moves) Burned 623
Haven't posted my meals in a while. Had a good day today
2 egg whites with salsa
2 turkey sausage links with a bit of syrup
1/2 banana and about a cup or 2 of pineapple

lunch
Shakeology with almond milk and half a protein luna bar

Dinner
Cubed sweet potatoes roasted with ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and sea salt
Tilapia baked with seasoning and lemon juice
Roasted cauliflower with garlic powder, pepper and sea salt
A few bites of sirloin

Snacks
1 piece of cheese
5 saltines
1 ritz
1 gherkin pickle
whey protein shake with creatine
pre workout drink with bcaa and creatine

All that sounds good, I'm coming to move in with you  This next week is going to be overwhelming, I'm going to have to sneak in workouts. When I can, I have to make it worth it!

30 of cardio, 30 of circuit 514 calories. Interestingly enough, my 15 minute afterburn was 48 calories.

Great job lady love. What's up this week? We have a busy wknd but I'm still planning to work out fri and sat. Sunday is rest day but not sure if I'm going to rest yet.

And come move in or move me in there. I'll motivate you to workout at home and can gym rat it up with you. Then we can burn some extra calories in the shower or before bed

We would tear up the gym.hahaha And you would cook me romantic dinners everynight!
What do you have going on this weekend?

I am going to be gone until about 11 tonight, we have pictures, a bithday party and have to visit my dying grandmother tomorrow(she isn't doing well) I will have some time to go the gym though. Sunday I will have to workout at home because Matt will be gone all day. What makes me mad is my gym has terrible hours on the weekend,imo, so that causes trouble and I prefer to work out there as opposed to home.

Tomorrow we have a wedding and will do our workout first. Sunday we have a birthday party. So not insanely busy, just crap to do.

I did not work out yesterday and it appears that I will not be working out tonight. yesterday day I started feeling not right but not bad just not right. By last night I felt horrible. Today again I feel so bad, I what is vomiting and will be lucky to eat even 700 calories today.

Way under calories yesterday and probably today, still today feel bad and very lethargic. I had to do something. I did 50 minute of circuit, pathetic 370 calories but I was dying. Have some hardcore cleaning to do later too.
