Finishing is your goal so that's great! I wouldn't be able to run the whole thing either. In all honesty, it's not like you had a ton of time to prepare. I think you set a fast deadline.

I've decided to do a full round of Insanity (60days) next with weight training added in. I'm nervous but so excited.

That is INSANE.lol I wish you could test your body fat, you have got be turning all muscle!

Whatever my mystery disease/illness is, is getting to me again. It comes and goes in severity. I feel horrible and utter exhaustion has hit me. I suppose some could be the Narcolepsy but I can barely keep my eyes open and I feel blah.I know it won't stay but this is the first itme it has happened since I started working out. I have to push through even if I am tears after every workout. It does make me so frustrated though. Please keep me motivated guys, I don't want this illness to stop me from all I have done and the progess I have made

Oh no, I'm sorry honey. Just remember any workout is better then no work out. If you have to take it down a notch then take it down. Don't kill yourself, but don't stop either.
I'm absolutely 100% here for you. Have you considered trying the shakeology as part of your routine? Maybe it would help you with your energy levels and allow you extra power foods you're not getting

Burned 448 or something with chest and back plus ab ripper. Went for a very short walk due to a bratty toddler. Another 113 with that. Ate well today. Doing a modified shakeo cleanse since I've been cheating pretty much daily. Plyo in the "a.m."

I'm allergic to so much so I couldn't. I went right to sleep after I laid the girls down, even on "rest" days I'm non stop until bed at eleven. I woke up this morning in a better shape. I've been running myself ragged. I'm doing a long workout tonight. I'm not my normal self but I don't feel like death. I guess you do have to listen to your body.

Really you are doing so great, I can't wait to see your next progress pictures!

I'm very frustrated with myself but when I couldn't even sit at my desk yesterday without falling asleep I knew I needed a break. My rest days turn into rest days because I literally can't make time that day. I haven't rested since I started, maybe that is why this last month has been so hard. I am non-stop from 5am-11pm. I feel motivated again and can't wait to see how I do tonight.

Why not try to take another rest day today to get that good energy back up and fully recuperate? Just an idea, totally understand if you don't want to. Bout to push play and get my plyo on. Talk to you soon when I'm close to death. One more plyo after today!

Because due to time contraints, I won't be getting in a very long workout tomorrow but boy do I want to.lol

I take it Plyo is your least favorite?lol Do it, feel that burn, sweat it out!

Way to go!! 1 hour, 15 minutes if cardio and 30 of weights....944 calories!

I did plyo alone. I seem to get a better burn when I work out by myself. It's kinda nice to have all the room just for me and not worry about what he's doing. Not an option to regularly work out alone though. After plyo I did push ups, scissor kicks, crunches, and then dance party with Alayna, lol. Well it was supposed to be with Alayna but she didn't actually join be. So a total of about 1hr and 40mins for a burn of 895
