I ended up eating a clif bar and handful of almond. That brought me up to 1400 so I reached my goal for the day.
Today so far
Breakfast: 1/2 c uncooked old fashioned oatmeal made with water
1tsp sugar
1 peeled kiwi
1/2 banana
2 1/2 pieces turkey bacon
About to eat a snack now. Probably almonds and an orange or natural crunchy PB with an apple

Well you're trying<3
Not a good mental health. Barely could run 3.2 miles, running outside is different, way different. No problem doing 6 on the treadmill. I feel like I haven't made any progress(strength and visibley, yes) I only have 2 months until my run. I'm doubting I can do it, now given the wind chill was 17 and my legs still killing me but still I'm utterly frustrated and depressed.
Also, because I was slow as smurf, I only burned 240 calories:/ and this didn't sound bad at the time....I told Matt I wasnt eating lunch because I don't deserve to.

I know it sucks, but I adjust the treadmill to 2-3% incline to account for the ground resistance you get running outside. If you think about it, the fact that the treadmill is moving on its own means less resistance for you to push off of it. That will help bridge the gap for when you run outside.

Quite the opposite--you need to now more than ever! Gotta fuel that progress, Mary! Your body can't build smurf for muscle if it has to eat its own meat to stay alive.

That makes perfect sense, I was just an emotional wreck. I'm going to try more runs outside, hopefully it will warm up some! I'm struggling, I don't know if I'm get sick or what? It's killing me to do what I used to be able to do with some effort, mostly with the cardio.. Pushed myself today, as much as I could. 35 minutes of cardio, 55 of weights, 740 calories burned.

I'm doing a few March challenges(300abs,lean legs and jumping jacks) this weekend was so busy, I didn't accomplish the challenges so I had to do 3 days worth:0 38 minutes and 237 calories.

I just can't seem to get the damn challenges done. I try but it doesn't happen. So I'm just adding the jacks every other day

It's hard when you do such long workouts like we do. You're still killing it! I did one day of February's challenges:/ LOL
I think tomorrow will be my rest day. 1hour 17 minutes, 35 of which were cardio, 626 calories. I haven't been working out as long lately, I'm afraid I'm wearing my body out. I'm struggling with cardio so I'm at least trying to up my weights. Oh and.... I'm getting callouses.LOL

I'm gonna be honest, I am SO proud of you for listening to your body and slowing down when needed. I know how hard that's gotta be.
I think I did maybe 3 days of February. It is hard since I am working so much of my body already 6 days a week. I know I can do the jumping jacks though and starting tomorrow I'm going to add something else in.
514 today for chest, shoulders and tris with ab ripper. Did pretty good eating but did have penne a la vodka with chicken as part of dinner

Don't you guys ever get hungry? Especially on days I work out--which is most--I could never survive on how little you guys eat. And if I try to, I end up ravenously hungry and overeat, lol.

I eat 1400-1600 calories a day. Definitely isn't just a "little". If you're eating healthy foods and enough through out the day you shouldn't be getting hungry. Proper foods keep you filled up and energized. If you're eating garbage you'll be hungrier faster, crave more often and feel more sluggish.
Up until two months ago I ate like the typical person and thought it would never be possible to eat how I do now. It's a matter of retraining your body to work the proper, intended way with the right fuel.
And when I get hungry, I eat. Pretty simple

I fill my entire refrigerator with everything healthy so I have no other option and I don't mind it now. I too stay between 1400-1600 calories a day.
