I really need to start getting my lunch in I only had 1100 calories yesterday and I'm so wiped out after working out.

banana
L: luna bar
D: 6oz tilapia
1 cup sliced boiled carrots
1 cup roasted broccoli with olive oil, sea salt, pepper and garlic
Snack: Whey protein with unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 1/2 tbsp natural pb and 1 gala apple
Bite of cheese dog (1/4 ball park)
622 calories burned shoulders and arms with ab ripper x.
Terrible night after all that with him.
