Rest day yesterday was nice but I want an intense one tonight, I'm trying to fill up on protein so I have plenty of energy.

Ugh, I don't feel well:/

Yesterday was another rest day:/ I am going to kick ass today!

Doing pretty well, thanks! I finally go see a doctor on Monday so hopefully I'll get some answers. Have gotten some good runs in the past week or two, I can run for 30 minutes now without having to ("having to," lol; it's so mental) stop for a water break or anything. Stretching like a mofo for the first time in my life and WOW does it make a difference! Not watching what I eat, just trying to eat less and weighed 159 this morning, so progress.  

So I saw what your allergies are (holy smurf); what kind of diet modifications are you making to accommodate that? And are they still looking into your health issues--you might have to give me a good update there because I haven't even checked in with you on your health status in a while--like looking for MS?

Trying to stick with unprocessed foods mostly, Soy Leichtin is in EVERYTHING. Trying to find bread or tortillas with rice or corn, instead of wheat or barley. Despite these allergies, this is not what is causing me to choke so back to the GI. I currently have follow-up appointments in the next month with:
Gastroenterologist
Cardiologist
Endocrinologist
Neurologist
Dermatologist
Tests scheduled:
Sleep Study-done
I have to schedule the Tilt Table
Another Brain and Spine MRI
EMG
I'm sure after I meet with the GI he will be adding more tests!

They are trying to figure out what is going on. Suspected still of MS, Autonomic Neuropathy or a possible Chiari Malformation.

So freaking tired of seeing these doctors

They said thyroid or salivary gland. I have a thyroid u/s before my appt so hopefully that will either find it or at least rule that out. And no I don't have your cell; I lost my phone last summer and had to buy a new one so I lost my contacts. Mine's on my FB if you ever need it! GOOD LUCK with the 6! Maybe the rest days will have done you some good.   Just take it slow. Can't wait to hear how it goes!

Wow, what day is the appointment? Hopefully you are in the early stages!
Ok, I will PM you, I want you to keep me updated. 5.3 is the longest I have ever gone so it will be interesting!

HOLY Smurf I just now saw this post. Holy smurf. I am speechless. Please keep me updated, too! Just...wow. What a mess. You have problems with choking, like as in swallowing? What has been happening?

One of my numerous syptoms and more recent. I could fill up a whole freaking page.
Yes, it started as problems swallowing, progressed until I began choking on food (eventually being able to get it down) to full blown choking...ON WATER ( I can not longer get what I am choking on down, it has to come back up). My Esophagus is not narrowed so they are thinking this goes back to the parastalis in my Esophagus not working, like with my stomach and colon:/ I swear it never ends. There is something causing my whole range of problems from Neurological to GI to Endocrinological and so on.... No one can identify it.
My Neurologist and Endocrinologist have both stated my lab results and test results are not normal but they are not normal for abnormal results. I have labs that are increased when they should be decreased with another lab changing...etc My tests aren't coming back normal, so abnormal they haven't seen:/ I feel like a freak!

And when I choke, I inhale the water into my lungs and eventually I get all the water out but it takes a long time. I spend the whole time coughing and trying to vomit. Only small airway through my Esophagus when it happens.

797 calories, 6 miles on treadmill, 70 minutes. I know I'm slow but Im working on endurance first, remember I'm only 5 weeks in.LOL

I caI can't believe it was just a couple of months back that I was dying at 2 miles.
