WOOOH!! PREAPPROVAL CAME!!!

We are determined to get a house before the baby comes in July! We found one this weekend we LOVED! We got our preapproval and we'll be making an offer today! I AM SO SmUrfING EXCITED!!!!!

This is just so huge! We're both 30 now and he just got his first real man job after getting out of the military, the pay is amazing, we'll be having our wedding next month, a baby coming, it just seems like things are finally coming together and falling into place for the first time in my life...and it is weird..and I am getting excited..which scares me..usually when I get excited about something, something goes wrong LOL That's how bad smurf has been for me up until now! XD

Congrats, I hope you get it! I know how exciting it is to buy your first house, and it's so nice when you find the perfect one! We are kind of in the same position. Im due in June, we got our preapproval for a new home and are about to accept an offer on our home (hopefully everything goes through). Then we are determined to find our perfect house and be settled in before baby comes. It's stressful, but exciting!

They got an offer today and accepted it (who the heck accepts the very first offer? house was on the market for like a week!) oh well. I have a list of 20 others to look at, hopefully we'll find another one we'll love just as much if not better.

Wow they suck! Dont worry, that just means it wasnt the right one for you. Maybe it had termites or something so they wanted to sell it quick. I bet you find something even better  

LOL maybe!! I'll just dwell on the two small bedrooms and the horrible tile that was in teh kitchen that we would have to replace ;) lol
