When do you workout? What works best with your schedule? I'm a full time student and my husband usually gets home at about 6 pm. I would love to go work out right away when he gets home but I feel bad because that's taking time away from the family. But I just don't know when to fit it in. I can't go before he goes to work either and I refuse to use the daycare at the gym because I don't trust them.
Exercising at home isn't an option either. I need it to destress and nothing is more stressful than trying to exercise and having kids climb all over you.
