Vaginal discharge tmi

posted 21st Jan
This is really embarrassing but I'm curious if anyone has experienced this
After I had LO I started having weird discharge,it's thick white and creamy.sometimes it clumps up. There's no burning, itching or odor.
When DH and I have sex it gets all over his penis. It's like it just stays in my vagina until something rubs it out. On occasion it will get on my underwear.

I've been tested for std and all infections and nothing is wrong.my ob said sometimes it just happens after a pregnancy but its been 2 years and isn't any better
Also it seems like I don't get as "wet" during sex anymore

I'm not super concerned about it but it is annoying.

Has anyone experienced this before or know something that can help?

Only thing you can really do is clean yourself real good down there, like actually get up in there and clean it. I had that same problem.

I know it is. That's about all you can really do, though. Hope it goes away soon.

Thanks
How long did it take for yours to go away?

Honestly it never went away for good. I still get it here and there. But for the longest time I used summers eve personal wipes, and they cleared it up after a few days.

I've always heard that its best not to "get up in there and clean it out really well"
I mean obviously wash and rinse, but maybe you're cleaning 'too much' and your vagina is trying to over produce the good bacteria you need in it.

I would suggest washing the outside of your lady bits with an unscented soap for a week or so (like vagisil or summers eve), and then rinsing maybe with the shower head.

I had that issue for a while and it turned out I was literally over cleaning and washing away what my body needed.

I never thought about that. O.o that's a good point...

Well usually that what I do
In only wash inside if I literally have a bunch of discharge that I can feel in there

Ill try some of those washes though
