Use ice packs and dermoplast spray! They were lifesavers for me.
Took about 2 weeks for me to feel back to normal.

i seriously pooped in an almost standing up position for the first month or so afterward... it was horrible to sit on the toilet! i remember crying in the bathroom and being like, "when will i be able to poop like a normal person again??!!"

I was wondering what stitches down there will feel like/heal etc.,
That's the scariest part for me honestly.
Is it really really awful or bearable?

Just sensitive. I didn't notice having stictches. I was too afraid to look or touch haha. Plus with the pooping I felt like I was gonna bust them out.
