Should I send her to school tomorrow?

posted 21st Jan
My 5 year old daughter was diagnosed with acute sinusitis 4 days ago. She has been on zithromax and delsym cough syrup. She is not running a fever anymore but she still has a severe runny nose, cough and her eyes still have gunk coming out of them. The doctor me that the bacteria from the infection was seeping out of her tear ducts. I don't know whether to send her back to school tomorrow. Is being on antibiotics and not having a fever enough or should I wait until her symptoms start to go away?
She gets these infections quite often and she has already missed like over a week of school total this year. I wanted to have her tested for allergies but the Doctor doesn't think it is necessary. He thinks her body is just building up her immune system because it is her first year of school and being around a lot of kids.
Opinions?

She has been on antibiotics for 4 days, no fever for almost 3 days and never had vomiting or diarrhea, so I guess she is good then. Thank you.

Usually they are sooo ready to be in their regualr routine that she would be really good to go by tomorrow especially. :-)

Ok good. I really didn't want her to miss more school and get behind the rest of the class.
