Personally I think there are too many entrees.

I would try to keep it more simple like the subway platters and one pasta or something like that. Or just burgers and dogs etc.

That's what my mom said but my dad said the opposite lol. I just don't want there to be not enough food.

Well, say you narrow it down to two entrees, instead of having say one platter and 10 hot dogs double or triple the order.

What I've found is its MUCH more difficult to figure out how much of each entree to make when you're making multiples. Some people might not want say the baked Mac n cheese, so that might go to waste where as you run out of sandwiches etc.

I could easily eat three mini subs by myself. Probably even four.

Well, each dish would only be big enough to fit those pans that have the candle warmer under it so each dish wouldn't be that big..

I think its fine but i would take out the bake ziti and add another mac and cheese since kids usually only eat mac and cheese and hotdogs lol
