Elliptical safe?

It's way too cold outside for a walk today...is the elliptical safe to use past 38 weeks? I used it before I was pregnant a lot and a few times in the beginning of my pregnancy. I don't plan on a hard core strenuous workout, just need to get my legs moving...

Are you planning on tripping and falling on it?

If so don't do it.

If you don't, I don't see why not. Especially if you need to get moving! Just don't "walk" to fast.

Yes just listen to your body. If it starts hurting or you feel uncomfortable then I would stop.

You can try. I couldn't use it while really pregnant because my belly was all in the way of my legs, lol. I just walked the treadmill all the time.

I've heard yes and no, so I was just wondering. Some say no because the movement is bad for the baby, but it's not much different than walking... I'm gonna do it. My body will tell me if its not a good idea. Thanks ladies.

Like you said, you did it before pregnancy then its okay! Just listen to your body when enough is enough
