30 day shred - wtf?

I'm on day 3 of level 2. Been keeping my calorie intake around 1400 a day.. and I've GAINED a pound in the last week!? What gives?!

Muscle?
Its good to kept track of inches lost when doing 30DS, instead of just weight loss/gain

I'll check my measurements at the end of the 30 days. I'm just feeling very discouraged. I may be gaining muscle, but I still have fat to lose.

I weigh myself first thing in the morning, before I eat.
