So,I just started the 30 day shred last night,& barely made it to my bed afterwards. -_- I didn't realize how out of shape I was until the 3rd set of jumping jacks.I think the cardio got me worse than any of the others.
I have a question though,is it better to do this during the day or at night ? It's easier for me at night,since LO is in bed,but my fiance said it would be better to do it during the day because of my metabolism.And another thing,I don't have hand weights so I just used two bottles of water,(which felt very heavy near the end!) is that okay ?
