I have no clue,I don't weigh myself.I just go off of what I see in the mirror & how I feel.And I have to say,I feel so much better about myself now that I'm watching what I eat,controlling my portions,& cutting back on sweets & soda.For motivation,I just know that when I start that DVD,there's no going back.I put my shoes on & just push through until it's done.I've wanted to get in shape for years,& now that I've started,there's no way I'm giving up ! You can do anything you set your mind to,just push through it ! When it hurts the most,that's when it really counts ! Just keep telling yourself that & you'll be where you want to be in no time,trust me ! Good luck girl !
