I was just wondering how common it is for women to shave their vagina. I like to try and keep mine trimmed in the summer but can't stand getting itchy or getting razor burn. And I sure as hell don't have the money or the guts to get that smurf waxed  
So what do you do?


And if you DO shave/trim down there how do you keep it from itching?

I never shave and rarely trim.

I have a razor with the trimmer on the end so it makes it easier. I have super sensitive skin though so usually I use witch hazel and baby lotion. I hate how itchy it gets :-(

I don't shave, I use Magic Powder....it is literally magic.

i shave it all and i shave it everytime i shower which is everyday so it doesnt itch. but i can barley see it right now so it may have to grow out  

I shave it all off. You have to kind of maneuver the razor in different directions. Like on the hump, shave down, bikini line, pull the razor toward your legs, and on the lips, shave toward your belly. If that makes any sense at all.

I shave bare.

I exfoliate with a sugar scrub, use a 4 or 5 blade razor(preferably a mens one, they're better) and a good amount of shave cream. Usually one for sensitive skin or one with added moisturizers. Then I make sure I put some baby powder on after I pat dry or I put deodorant on the area.

I just trim it up. I never shave completely..

for special occasions lol. Like swim suit season. But im not a hairy person any way. I dont even grow hair on my legs and arms...or if I do, I cant see it.

I use an electric razor.   And lots of lotion afterwards.

I shave but leave a 'landing strip'

After I shave I use tea tree oil, then exfoliate everytime I shower and tea tree oil again.. No bumps or itchy's.

i will never wax lol i shave and it doesnt itch or bother me at all!ive been shaving since i was 14 so i think im use to it by now !!

I trim very close right before my period. But when im pregnant i dont mess with it.
