Well I have been doing good losing weight, but I still have a long way to go. I was wondering if anyone wanted to be weight loss buddies and try to help each other lose some weight. I currently am in a class at school on tue thur that's good, we do different things everyday, anything from walk/jog to Zumba to just everything. On the other days of the week I'm am going to do 30ds? As I am cutting back my portions and doing low cal and low carb, nothing like Akins just cutting out bread and things. I am currently 240-245, my first goal is 220, then my second goal is 200... My very long tem goal is 160. Anyone would be great.
I would be more than glad to help. I have a lot to lose, but I think we could motivate each other. So far I've lost 15 pounds by cutting calories, watching what I eat, and doing Insanity. It's HARD work, but I wanting nothing more right now than to get down to my goal weight. PT and PM me if you want!
