Frozen breastmilk looks odd, questions [pics]

My frozen breastmilk looks odd. Most of it is the same shade of white but then there are big blotches of brighter white circles & blobs.

Anyone know what this could be?
Maybe the milk fat freezing differently?

(the camera makes it look yellowish, it's actually more of a cream color with the brighter white blobs/spots)





only a fee bags look like that, the rest of them look like this....

Maybe its just the fat content separating from the liquid? It should be fine when defrosted i should think...

Yeah I think it is. I just thought it looked weird. I never noticed it until I was organizing the milk in the freezer.

I have over 400oz in the freezer at the moment. I produced plenty of milk up until LO turned 3 months then my supply dropped, idk why, so then I started taking fenugreek for a few months and it brought it back up. And then it seemed like it was dropping again so I started taking domperidone and it brought it back up more than before. I quit taking that a few months ago and luckily my supply stayed up. If I don't pump 1-2 times a day along with BFing LO my supply will drop somewhat. It's been a struggle to keep my supply up but it's worth it!

I know this is an old post, but just wanted to say it's normal and it happens because breast milk isn't pasteurized! So the fat "floats" lol!

I was a little concerned it might have went bad somehow. It's too much hard work pumping to throw any away.
