lol well thats good(if you like it that way lol) but idk if they offer it where you are but if you still smoke or end up picking it back up you should talk to your Dr about the chantex prescription..the people i know that have used it have completely quit and don't even think about picking a cigarette back up

I want another baby, but not quite yet, although he husband has other ideas lol.
Yeah we would get loads of help off the Dr's to quit if we need it, where my friend lives if you manage to quit every couple of weeks the midwife checks your oxygen levels to make sure you have really quit then you get vouchers to spend on make-up/spa products for yourself as a kind of reward! I was so jealous lol.
