first time I ran 5 days a week on the treadmill and did 30ds.

This time around I ran and I do other jillian workouts. The mmatabalism boost, and the no more trouble zones. I do alot of pullup, pushups, crunches, lunges, squats. What ever I can too when i've got time to squeeze it in I do it. I just started insanity.

I'm interested in the insanity workout but it is so expensive, is it as hard as it looks?
