Women test at 7 DPO and get positives which would be 3 weeks pregnant. So yes. It is possible.

I found out I was pregnant at 3 weeks with my daughter. The line was dark and distinguished.

Same happened to me too. with my son i was already 12 weeks when i found out and with my daughter i was 8. but with this baby the first ultrasound they thought it wasnt going to stick cuz they couldnt find anything turns out i was only like 4 weeks.

well at 2 weeks pregnant is the day you conceive technically... & you can find out as early as 5 days after that, I believe. I may be wrong... but 3w4d or w/e you are isn't 'too early'
