Mashed potatoes

Other than latkes, what else can I make with.them? Anything? Or does anyone have a good vegetarian recipe for them?

Shepard's Pie.

Shepards pie unless your only looking for vegitarian recipes but Im sure you could find a recipe for a vegitarian shepards pie.  

we just fried them, but didn't make latkes.
maybe add some cheese to it too

Twice baked potatoe casserole

Add some cheese, bacon pieces, green onion, and some sour cream and bake. Oooh if you have green chili add it!

No   I went to look at the red meat and got so nauseated it made me dizzy so I just walked away

Well at least you got that far. Maybe ask the butcher to pick one out and throw marinade on it and then take it and just unwrapp it onto the pan
