rhinitis of pregnancy?

apparently thats what babycenter calls it.
no other symptoms of sickness except for your nasal passages are swollen and you got an assload of sinus problems. i know im allowed to take benadryl but the mcx on base doesnt sell it  
uuuughhh.
it just hit me too.
anyone hear of this monstrosity?

I never heard of this until I googled the other day. I've had plain old clear congestion for about 3 weeks. I had a sinus infection over Christmas but the congestion in my sinus never went away. I'm going to mention it to my midwife on Friday. I'll update if I here anything helpful.

It's a little strange not all people can handle it. But Its a saltwater solution in a little teapot that u run through one nostril and it comes out the other. It really helps sanitize my sinuses and helps with sinus pain. It also
Clears out the crud u just can't blow out. I got mine at Walmart. But any drug store type place should have them.

I do too. It doesn't gag me. It doesn't have to go down yor throat but I like to suck it through and spit it out cause I always get swollen where my sinuses drain my my throat
