I need Help please

Okay so DH and I are still activley TTC. My Period usually starts on the 18th but this month it started on the 12th. I am like clock work and have been for the past year. Then two days ago I stood up and egg white liquid came out(no odor to it). And now I have this weird rash on the left side of my chest and one side of my belly is pretty hard while the other side is soft. What the hell is going on?
