Odd question

Can someone identify a test for me based on description? I assume It's either pregnancy or ovulation.

I have 1 test, in a white package , no writing. I assume I tossed the boxed.
The part you pee on has like 4 little rectangular boxes and then 1 green rectangular box.

Except the rectangle is green and the cap is white.

Any ideas?

Usually green is used for OPKs, especially if there is a blue version by the same company that is an HPT. I have seen green HPTs but they had "HCG" written all over them.

I would think its ovulation test.

Idk if its the same company, I just googled that picture. But, it does look almost exactly like that one. There isn't any writing on it anywhere.

I was leaning toward ovulation anyway so that sounds good, thanks.
