Homemade pickled veggies

Does anyone else do this? DH and I did it one time, and I loved it, don't know why we never did it again, but once we get paid, I am getting the stuff to make it again. So if you make it, what do you put in it?

The last time we made it, we put in: cauliflower (I hate it any other way) carrots, onions, okra, celery, and put a jalapeno pepper in there for some heat.

I've never made them, but that sounds delish! I usually buy the hot italian blend.

Thats usually what I did too, until my husband found a recipe for them, and we made it and omg fell in love, thats why I don't know why we didn't make them again. Its super easy too, want a recipe?
You just have to blanch some veggies, and then put them in a jar with the vinegar and a few other things, and sit in the fridge for a little while.
