Anyone try it? If so did you really lose that much weight? Did you feel any healthier like it says after the first 10 days? Did you stick with it? Any good tips to keep me going with it? I want to start Next Monday.
I tried it, and made it to 12 days. I lost 16 pounds. I didn't feel especially 'clean' during those last couple of days, but I did notice that I was sweating a LOT more for the first week, which I chalked up to my body detoxifying.
If you're looking to drop weight fast for, say, wedding pictures, I guess it's worth a try. My main issue with it is that 90% of the weight you lose is muscle and water weight, and you're essentially starving yourself, which also makes it hard to exercise. So, sure, you'll drop weight quickly, but it's near impossible to keep it off because it's horrible for your metabolism in the long run.
