Inducing period with parsley

Has anyone tried this? I drank two cups worth of parsley tea, started bleeding 1 hour later. I'm 15 months pp and havent had a period (well until now). My question is i'm only lightly spotting, like i filled up a panty liner and have been wearing a pad that's it....so is this normal? Anyone have their induced period start off slow??

After you have an induced period do you ovulate? I'm just curious because my friend has 1 period every 6 months to a year and bleeds for 2 months straight. She's having issues getting pregnant because of it.

I'm not sure, but im her case I would suggest having her research vitex (its an herb). I had very irregular periods and it regulated them (well it worked in one month for me and I conceived). She could also check out MACA which has very high success for regulating the body and allowing a woman to conceive.
