re: child support reduction

In less she has solid proof they can not do anything... In court they have to have solid proof otherwise it's he said she said. They could bring it up but with out proof the judge can't do anything about that.

It is not up to whoever what she spends it on.

I totally agree...

I mean my ex gets pissed off because I get new smurf, but then he doesnt see is all of the CS going towards school stuff, bills, yadda yadda yadda.... IMO as long as the kid is being taken care of, then I wouldnt give a flying smurf what the money is spent on.

you live with the kid though and take very good care of him. i feel in this situation the mom should be sending money to the grandparents

not my place to judge if she does good for her if not karma will get her, like i said they'd have to have solid proof she moved out and is not supporting him. She could have moved out but still be supporting him. But from the sounds of it thats un likely.
