So I would like my son to be exclusively breast fed. I've been supplements since he was born because he lost more than 10% of his birth weight while we were in the hospital and it's what his pedi recommended.

The most that he has gotten in a day is about 10oz. I've tampered off a lot. I've completely eliminated supplementing at night. I've gotten him down to 4-6oz per day so hopefully I can eliminate formula all together.

I'd also like to try something to help boost my supply. What do you guys think works the best, if at all? Thanks in advance 

Eat fresh oatmeal and take brewers yeast tablets.

I've never tried any of those but have heard good things about them all. Also drink a ton of water, like when you think you can't even look at another glass of water drink one more and then you can be done for the day. Lol. And put baby to breast while you're making the formula bottle.

I've also heard that alfalfa supplements are good for milk supply also. Four capsules, three times daily. I've never tried any supplements because my supply was always fine but here is a pretty good list of supplements besides fenugreek.
