Can I take another?

I took medicine for my headache 2 hours ago & it didn't really work, well now my headache is really bad, could I take more medicine now or do I have to wait 4 more hours?

What did u take and how much?

Take some motrin. Just don't take anything with tylenol.

If it were me I'd just take another one. Your tolerance could be high for it.

Can't, the doctor told me not to take any more motrin. It is messing with my stomach lining because I was taking so much, which is why she put me on the pain meds. I was taking 800mg of Motrin 3 times a day for like 2 months straight...they put me on Nexium too because it messed up my stomach.

True, but I just started taking it like on Wednesday....so idk how my tolerance could be up already lol. I guess it is possible though.

Asprin or Ibuprofin or Aleve?

Those are all NSAIDS which are no nos lol.

Then I'd just take one more of the percs. Does it say 1-2 every 4 hours. They usually do.

Are you on those for pain management? I have/had chronic daily headaches, and none of the triptans were working for me. They started me on Lortab, 10mg 4x's a day. After a while, it became problematic for me, because I needed to take more and more.

Lately, I have found that diet and exercise, increasing water, and drinking caffeine can help with the headache symptoms too. Hopefully you start feeling better soon!
