More poop

DD is 9 months old. Since last night she's had watery stools. I mean completely water with greenish-gray flakes. it has an Almost sweet smell... like pineapple maybe. It's literally burning her bottom and vagina. She has warm, red, raised skin covering her butt crack and her vagina is especially red. I've tried ointment and idk what else to do. Everything I'm reading says cholera but I highly doubt that's it. She is on an antibiotic for eye and ear infections but no antibiotic has ever done this before.

Help!!

Did she eat a lot of fruit? This happens to DS sometimes if he does. When qe got otanges as a gift for xmas he ate an entire one and had a blowout like yours. Or did she try anything new?

No not really. I did give her a little bit of fresh squeezed orange juice with water but she's had that.
