36 wks & believe to be leaking water

I was wondering if anyone has had the problem thinking they're leaking water but no real contractions besides braxton hicks but having a little lower back pain. does this mean ill be going into labor soon? or my worse fears having a "dry birth"? I have been experiencing this problem since my last OB appointment two weeks ago. I have another appointment for this Tuesday & for sure im goin to ask him what his thoughts. anybody shed any light on this?

So you don't know if your water has been leaking for two weeks? There's a test they can do to see if it is your water for sure. You most certainly don't want to have leaking water without your doctor's care. It's dangerous.

Have u tried laying down for a 1/2 hr and then standing up to see if I leak more? Or try fake coughing. If u do suspect you're leaking call your on call line and see what they want you to do.

Also your water can replenish. If u don't go into labor and it is break they'd either try to hold U off until they were sure baby was developed enough or induce you. They dont like to risk Infextion.
