Yeah and that's certainly not true. I know lots of men who have no issues. My husband included.

I just think the whole thing is bullsmurf in many ways. If you're traumatized be traumatized, don't make other people think they have to be. And don't push your pro whichever on people. I don't need my facebook spammed with smurf over and over I don't care WHAT it is... Just like when I had my csection someone tried to push her trauma on me and say I should be traumatized and feel like I was birth raped blah blah blah. First I HATE the term birth rape and second I don't give a smurf if you felt cheated, I didn't so don't act like I should.. GAH!

Yeah. I hate the word "rape" in it. I understand a lot of women feel traumatized over a bad birth experience but to claim it's a form of rape, THAT'S what pisses me off.

OP, I'm not showing that to my SO... I want to show him factual, NON BIASED stuff... SO has no psychological issues because he was circumcised, lmao, and I'm sure many men don't.

have you tried making him watch penn and teller bullsmurf on circumcision? its on youtube.
or circumcision the elephant in the hospital room video. they are both a little long, but very informative.

I hadn't shown him that, but I'll try and get him to watch it with me in the next few days. With my classes and his work, we rarely get time to just sit and watch stuff anymore.

DH and i were both pro circ until we watched those videos. i think my husband liked penn and teller better though.  
we watched it before bed. if i remember right penn and teller is like 20mins and the other one was 30mins.

The link I gave you on P&T works. I had Dh watch it alone. I thought it would be better that way.

Men who aren't circumcised do have a one up on circumcised men The functions of the foreskin are explained in the first post. Most circumcised men don't know what they have lost because they have not experienced a foreskin. That opportunity was taken away from them.

But claiming that all men are traumatized because of it is one hell of a stretch. Not all men care about the fact that they've never experienced a foreskin. You can't speak for all men, that's a plain and simple fact.

my hubs is fine with being circ ed. so much so that he's fine with having any sons also circed.

Yes some men don't let it bother them but most men do not know what they have lost. If all men knew what they had lost then most would be bothered by it. Not all, but most.
