Shes been sick for like 3 weeks!

What can I do to get rid of DDs cold, Before it was just a runnny nose & now shes like coughing & suuuper fussy. Its been like 3 weeks. I have been giving her Triple- Vitamin Drops with Fluoride (Vitamins A, C, D) Im going crazy! I have sanitized everything & nothing is working! We just cant kick this cold.!
