Awww... It's almost like he has scabs on his cheeks they are so dry from slobber! I'm thinking I'll be seeing a tooth pop up soon! Hopefully Dexter grows out of his eczema my husband used to have it then it all of a sudden just went away!

That's happened to all my kids when they were babies. The best way I've found to fix it is to just keep it dry ass possible, dry it good after baths and after he spits up wipe the spit up off with wet cloth and then dry well.
