Visitation Advice

Has anyone dealt with moving their child out of state? If so what kind of visitation plan did you set up with the father? I am wanting to be reasonable with visiting schedule, I am just not sure what the normal is. I want to set something up for before kindergarten age and after school starts. Thank you  

Do you already have a court order for visitation? And how far away (hour wise) are you moving? Or plan on moving.

No visitation set up. The move is quite some distance.
