I joined lose it.com and counted calories...i cut out fast food except once a week as my "fat girl day". NO soda, no candy, no cookies, NO junk food whatsoever.I had a GNC weight loss shake in the morning, a 100 cal snack, then a weightloss shake then a 100 cal snack then a normal dinner.. I worked out 5 days a week between 1-2 hrs a week.. i started out slow, with pilates and worked my way up to bike riding... after bike riding i joined a hot mommas pole dancing class.. then went from pole dancing to working out in the gym.. i did weight machines..
i'd do gym monday (8am because its the best time to help with weight loss) pole dancing tuesday, gym wed, pole thurs, gym fri. & sat, sun i would relax... sometimes.. i ended up buying a pole from Xpole USA.. i worked out a hr a day doing each & somtimes i'd go to the gym and work out on my pole later that day.
I lost 37 lbs in 5 months.. i went from 153 lbs to 116 lbs.
