Help me. How do I get rid of this icky belly?

I gained like 50 pounds when I was pregnant.
I have lost all of it, plus some.
but my stomach looks terrible. Looks like I have too much skin.
i hate it, i'm afraid to take my shirt off in front of people, I'm hiding it.
Are there exercises and workouts that could fix this?
what should I do?

Exercising wont get rid of excess skin. That requires surgery.

You should have been doing toning exercises while loosing the weight. That helps the skin and muscles contract and get back into place. It would never get rid of all of the excess but would have made it much better.
Now that you've lost the lbs you could try crunches and ab workouts but it might not work.

to help tone mine... i did 5-6 sets of 10..
i also used the back extension which helps your stomach muscles as well & i didn't have any extra skin.

I didnt mean to lose the weight so fast, but my metabolism is crazy.
its like it just fell off. Left me with an icky belly.
