Language progression

I posted this on FB too so if you're on there sorry for the bombardment. I'm just so happy.


Oh happy day! Kieran is communicating more and more. He told me he was feeling sick. Thats something hes been able to verbalize for a little while now but after asking what was wrong he was able to tell me!!! He said his head hurt. *squeeee* I told him I was sorry, that I get headaches too and I take medicine for them. He told me he didnt want medicine but he was sorry I had headache too ♥ I think he just meant in general after what I had just told him. Such a sweetie. All this progress. Defying doctors 1 day at a time.






From the ages of just before 2-3.5 almost 4 he was non verbal because of his autism. Just for a little background on why this makes me so happy. He just turned 5 a couple weeks ago.

Most of it came with the help of ABA(advanced behavioral analysis) as our speech therapy approval was tied up with insurance red tape for a good 18 months after his original diagnosis

i seen this on there.. YAY KIERAN!!!!! Im so happy seeing all the leaps and bounds he's made lately!!!!
