re: Pack N Play... Which one??

I have the first one. I love it. Mine is the Winnie the pooh one, the old fashioned Winnie the pooh with the bear ears on the newborn Napper. I love that it vibrates. Now that LO is older I got a mattress for it and he uses it in place of a crib to save space.

I have the silhouette in black and white. Was a waste of money to buy it so soon for us because my daughter won't sleep in it, but with that being said I do like it. It's very stable and put together well. Good luck mama

My inlaws have the first one, we have the second one. The silhouette, IMO, is much easier to setup and take apart. Getting the changing table on and off the first one isn't easy and the newborn napper was nice but not useful for long. I love the changing table on he second one. It comes off and folds up easily. It so seems sturdier. There is more storage on the sillhoutte, too. Both are nice, though. I just found the second one to be more practical.

Ive seen pnps with the canopy and the napper and changing station. It seems like you want a combo of the two.

Thanks ladies!!! I think I'm starting to like the second one better.(: The changing station seem much handier, and I like the bigger canopy over the bassinet!

Especially, since you'll be using it downstairs it'll give you a place for baby things. We used the PnP in our room & it was nice to have those things on hand! I also had extra breast pads, burp cloths...etc. in one of the pockets, very convenient!

Well, we'll have a changing table upstairs in his room, too, I just wanted a place to keep diapers and wipes and a changing station for when we are downstairs. (:
The waterproof cover is a good idea, too!(:

That was my thought when I started shopping for one.(: With my daughter, we had a Summer Infant bassinet for naps, changing, and storage, and I loved it. This time I would like to have something that will last longer and grow with him, though!(:

We just set up one like the second one today! I had been using a smaller regular bassinet. My daughter started to not like it so we moved her into this today. She loves it so far. And it's very easy to assemble and maneuver everything around.

We have number 1 and it works great. Have you thought of getting the MamaDoo Kids mattress topper? It adds extra comfort and support. We love it! It has the perfect firmness (baby loves it) and folds in 3 (super portable!). Good luck!
