Best remedies & advice for baby with tummy virus :(?

So my son got diagnosed with a bad stomach virus... Mainly diarreha and fevers.
What has helped most for all of you ?
I know keep him hydrated & baby Advil to control fevers ..
Any other advice / home remedies??

Probiotics will help with the diarrhea, I'm not sure how old your son is..but also the brat diet-- bananas, rice, applesauce, toast. & plenty of fluids.

Hydration and lots of rest.

Watch for dehydration, and make him rest as much as possible. Movies, coloring, anything to keep him still lol I'd also get some vitamin c in him, boost his immune system a bit
