i would just put allergies.. or atleast the most important ones.. i mean, i highly doubt in an emergency someone is going to rub a rabbit on him.. or him be in a confined area with a ton of them

Is he allergic to any mess that you know of? I would suggest putting those first. If not for the 3rd line can you put "and more"?

I would put the most life threatening ones on there and maybe say 'other allergies'.

If he's not allergic to any medicine, I would just put the 2 biggest allergies and then in the 3rd line put 'other minor allergies'

You need to list any allergies that cause anaphylaxis. Being an EMT I wouldn't know how to treat someone with "allergies" if their not listed. A medical bracelet is for severe allergies not a minor itching situation.
