Raised red mark on baby

The word is on the tip of my tongue, and Ive searched and googled, and all I can come u with is baby acne. :X/ What im thinking about it a red, raised spot on a babies skin. I was thinking hematoma...but thats not it. It looks like a strawberry birthmark.
My 7 week old developed this mark on her back at about 2 weeks old.
